Shipment & Refund Policy
We normally dispatch all orders on the next business day. Our shipment covers Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and we use Royal Mail UK 2nd Class for deliveries. Based on our experience, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Please note that during busy periods (like holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, delivery times may be longer. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, feel free to contact us, and we are happy to assist you.
At the moment, we only ship within Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping, but we are always looking to expand our services. Please check back for updates in the future!
If you realize that you’ve entered an incorrect mailing address, please contact us immediately at easynametags@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your shipping information if your order has not yet been dispatched. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address. In that case, the package may either be returned to us or lost. If returned, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply). Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items.
